Should gun purchasers be required to shoot themselves in the foot to know how it hurts to shoot someone…and would large caliber sales drop…or would the manly man go big to show the manhood is worth it?

My friend has this pit bull she is beautiful and very sweet. She is going through a false pregnancy and they were thinking of having her put down, I finally talked them out of it but they are really mean to her. She has these “puppys” on his mothers bed and they don’t let her leave the room to eat, drink, or go potty. He actually told me that she bit him (I belive it was his fault) and he kicked her in the chest with his steel toe boots. I was over there tonight for the first time ever and she just loved me, I had him let her out and she sat with me, after a while she went to check on her “puppys” and then he knocked something over while shooting a staple gun at things across the room, she ran down stairs and jumped up on my lap and barked at him, of course he made her go back up stairs. He also told me she hasn’t eaten in 3 days. I took food out of her dish and hand fed her then I moved the bowl to her and she ate it all. They do have another dog (male un neutered minature shnouser sp*) he treats him like a child and her like ****. Is there anything I can do to help this dog? Or is she stuck with these people? Plus they never called the vet about the false pregnancy and had me look it up online when I did, I read it to him and he told his mom “pretty much she is really sick” he would not let me speak to say that she wasn’t sick and that in most cases it goes away in about 3 weeks without any problems, I made him call his mom back and tell her that Raven is not sick and that if they were just going to put her down then I would take her even thought she dosn’t like other dogs and we have a male pit, they changed their minds and now they aren’t treating her right. Please help I don’t think she deserves this at all.
I would call the ASPCA but you can’t tell that the dog is being abused she has no marks on her and she is not skinny and she seems happy for the most part could they even take her from them just because someone told them to?
He is not really my friend but my boyfriend likes to hang out with him for his 360 and thats it.

My mare just gave birth to a bay(dark brown with black mane/tail) colt and we’re trying to think of a name for him. He’s half welsh have austrailian pony if that helps. We really dont want a “cutsie” name for him so none of that. Thankyou for your help!

I have a skunk running browsing around my backyard and its been a pain in the **** by spraying everything. I have a clear shot of it right now, i will be using a paintball marker to hit it in the head (i play tournement paintball so im dead accurate). I was wanting to know if its illegal to kill a skunk at this time.

alright here i have been taking great care of my teeth but a small part of my gum feels very soft and gushy and its kinda fat i don’t know if its because of my braces (haven’t been tightened yet!) or that i really have an infection can someone please help me im really scared!!

Is it unlawful to disperse a “spring action” toy gun within city limits?
I live in Auglaize county, Wapakoneta, Ohio. I am trying to find out if it is illegal to “fire off” a toy gun that is NOT an airsoft gun, but does have spring in it? It has round plastic, glow-in-the dark “amo”. My friend ended up getting sited for: Unlawful violation of section 672.095 — Unlawful- Discharge of an airsoft gun within city limits. He was with a few friends shooting them at each other and one bounced across the street.
A)by definition of the Ohio revised code it is NOT an airsoft gun, by no means does it propel with air, only a spring.
B)it is blue and the still has the orange tip
C)it was propelled and one glow in the dark bead happend to bounce across the street and the lady freaked and called the cops.Ok it said he is charged with a 4.1 misdemenor? And violated sec 672.095?

Tell me if it was legal to “fire” this off…
Btw, he is 22yrs old and used to be a Marine.
