Doe anyone know of a good self-defense/hand to hand combat training school in San Francisco?

I was diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope, and was given a tilt table test, a 24 hour heart monitor holster, and and ekg, i was sent for an heart ultra sound just to be extra careful, but doc says everything else looks great. should I be worried that the technician says my heart beat is irregular, she asked if the doc said anything and I said no, so she said maybe its normal for your age.. Im scared to death even though everything else from the other test came back fine except the low blood pressure issue (the syncope thing).

Ok so heres my situation.. .my whole life i messed up…. like going to jail… hurting my family…. n all that…. and my mother and father always is worried about me…..So im tired of hurting them basically… and am trying to do better for my self.. i can stay in a state n do school… but i dont trust my self to not do wrong…. i know i will.. so i wanted to join it… shoot some guns…. gain knowledge… work out.. and show my family i can do something with my life.. and have them not be so worried anymore… i believe i hurt them enough and willing to let my self suffer from the world for 2-4 years in the military knowing my family is happy.. and not worried anymore…. is this a smart decision… anybody!!! somebody!!!

What is a high quality airsoft sniper rifle for under $80? ?

I’m looking for a spring airsoft sniper rifle that shoots hard and accurate up to a good distance. I don’t have a lot of money to spend and any packages that include a decent scope with it for under $80 is primarily what I’m looking for. Something that doesn’t need any extra work and will be a solid gun for a long time. I don’t want a weak gun, strong but accurate. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

12 gauge shotgun needed?

Ok, I have been looking for a 12 gauge shotgun for a while. I new Wal-Mart had a mossberg 12 gauge pump action for $160, so i have been saving for it. just recently they got new supply of mossberg Maverick 88’s I’m not sure if its the same gun i saw 3 weeks ago, but its the same price so… I’m looking for a shotgun for protection and target practice, not hunting so much. the maverick is a great gun but has a 28″ long barrel! I was looking for something shorter like 18-20″ for around the same price and more or less the same gun. also I like the synthetic stock and the blued metal (the whole gun is the same color) but this is not a must. Does anyone have any suggestions on a cheap reliable 12 gauge shotgun? I’ve tried gunbroker.com but either the cheaper ones are 20 gauges or the price I’m looking for are for the tactical/assault kind of shotgun. Thanks

The CIA had an opening for an assassin, and after all of the background checks, interviews, and testing were done there were two finalists, a man and a woman. For the final test, the CIA agents took the man to a large metal door and handed him a gun. “We must know that you will follow your instructions, no matter what the circumstances. In side of this room, you will find your wife sitting in a chair. Kill Her!!!” The man said, “You can’t be serious. I could never shoot my wife.” The agent said, “Then you’re not the right man for this job.” Finally, it was the woman’s turn. She was given the same instructions to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Agents heard gunshots, screaming, crashing, and banging on walls. After a few minutes, the door opened slowly and there stood the woman. She wiped the sweat from her brow, and said, “This gun is loaded with blanks, so I had to beat him to death with the chair.”

Ammo reloding kits?

Now that Ive had firearms for several months I realize that I need a reloader. 45 and 223 rounds are expensive at the store, and I know from buying rounds at gun shows that I’m getting bent over and pounded every time I pay $8 for 20 .223’s at Wal-Mart. I know nothing about reloading ammo, but it can’t be that complicated, I would just like some thoughts on some good ones. (and cheap) Thanks.
