What caliber is the ruger p95? I’m trying to learn more about firearms, and what power different calibers and gauges mean. I know the p95 is a 9mm, but how does that translate into a caliber? what caliber is it? what is a gun that is one rank weaker than the 9mm? what is a gun that is one rank more powerful than the 9mm?

I recently got a cz 527 carbine in.62×39mm. I have 2 questions:?
July 5th, 2009 Posted by: admin
1. Has anyone ever had problems with Remington Ammo failing to fire? There are good indentions on the primer, and most rounds would not fire out of several tries. I had no less than 8 misfires in a box of 20 rounds. I have never had any trouble with the Wolf ammo in this gun.
3 Comments2. What’s the deal with Wolf ammo? Most stores have it backordered until March or even May? Is there some new import restriction, or something?
Sorry about the typo. The caliber is 7.62×39mm

Would any of you suggest the 10mm? What gun?
June 26th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I am looking to buy a large powerful semi auto pistol. I am only interested in semi auto so please do not suggest a revolver. How much is 10mm ammo. What gun best suits this caliber? I would prefer a small handgun like a compact or subcompact. How much recoil does the 10mm generate?

Should I hunt with this rifle or not?
March 6th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I have a 6.5×55 Ruger Mark II that is in mint condition. This is a rare caliber over here to begin with and held in high regard by some. This rifle is also discontinued adding to its potential as a collectors item. On the other hand, you cannot take em with you(just pass em down) and I really enjoy shooting an hunting with the gun. What do ya think I should do? Thanks.

What is a good high-powered automatic handgun?
November 4th, 2008 Posted by: admin
I have an old ACP 1911, but am somewhat ignorant of guns. I want a big caliber automatic. I see brands like Kimber, H&K, Sig Sauer, Glock, Kahr, etc. I also see 45s, 40s, 10mm, 9mm, etc. I have decision paralysis! Any suggestions would help.
I just want one for “personal protection”. I”m not really a target shooter or hunter.

Shot in foot?
September 30th, 2008 Posted by: admin
Should gun purchasers be required to shoot themselves in the foot to know how it hurts to shoot someone…and would large caliber sales drop…or would the manly man go big to show the manhood is worth it?
